Returns & Exchanges
At SingularityZ, every piece is made to order especially for you. Because of this bespoke production process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference. Please review the size guide, product details, and shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Damages and Issues
We stand firmly behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us before using or washing the product so we can assess the issue.

  • Timeframe: You have 14 days after receiving your item to report a problem.

  • How to Report: Email us at goldenlion@golpress.com with clear photos of the defect, the outer packaging, and your order number.
    Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Refunds
If a return is authorized due to a proven defect or shipping error on our part, we will either replace the item or issue a refund to your original payment method at our discretion. Shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are non‑refundable unless required by law. Please note that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund.

European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. However, this right does not apply to items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without all original packaging and tags. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Return Address
Do not send any items back without prior authorization. Any unauthorized parcels may be refused or returned to sender.
