Order Processing (The Creation Phase)
Unlike fast fashion, every item at SingularityZ is crafted exclusively for you upon order. We do not hold inventory, which helps minimize waste and maintain strict quality control. Once an order is placed, it immediately enters production and cannot be modified or cancelled.
Production Time
Please allow 2–5 business days for your item to be printed, stitched, and quality‑checked before it is handed over to the courier. During peak seasons or unforeseen production delays, this timeframe may be extended by a few days.
Estimated Delivery Time
Total delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Transit Time.

Standard Shipping: Usually 5–10 business days after production.

Express Shipping: Usually 3–5 business days after production.

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination country, local carrier performance, customs inspection, and any incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Delays caused by these factors are outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of the shipment. Any additional delivery attempts or address changes requested after dispatch may incur extra charges payable by the customer.
International Customs & Duties
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or refusal to clear customs, any return shipping or disposal fees charged by the carrier will be deducted from any eligible refund, where applicable.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system. If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days after the shipping confirmation, please contact our support team so we can assist you.
